We believe to create memorable and strong experiences we need to showcase vulnerability, as well as calm our senses through breath. The response to the Food Match Survey, escorts us to design handcrafted couture menus that tell YOUR STORY. We focus on the WHY, to get a true understanding for who you are. Your contribution therefore, plays an equal and crucial part in this culinary journey. The dishes are then presented as a story on the day of the event, and Chef Jehangir, explains how your replies inspired each of them.
